Products All products sold by Valenoc are digital downloads — planners and productivity files compatible with apps such as GoodNotes and Notability on iPad and other devices. No physical product is shipped.

Pricing All prices are displayed in the store currency at the time of purchase. Valenoc reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed when your order is placed.

Payment Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and any payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your order, you authorize Valenoc to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.

Order Confirmation Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with your digital download link. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase.

Delivery Your digital product is delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. Valenoc is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer. If you experience any delivery issue, contact us at contact@valenoc.com.

Refunds Refunds are available if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to contact@valenoc.com.

Intellectual Property Purchase of a digital product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the file. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the product in any form. All rights remain with Valenoc.

Limitation of Liability Valenoc's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
